Yes. Apex Design and Construction is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our license number is available upon request for your verification.
Estimates: All estimates are free and provided in writing with detailed breakdowns
Payments: We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Larger projects may have milestone-based payment schedules
Warranty: We provide a warranty on our workmanship for all projects
Scheduling: We require a deposit to secure your project on our calendar
Changes: Any changes to the scope of work will be documented with a change order
Cleanup: We clean up our work areas daily and perform a final cleanup upon project completio
Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency services for urgent repairs including:

Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Services requested outside these hours, including Sundays, may be subject to an emergency or after-hours service fee. However, initial consultation calls and scheduling do not incur additional charges.
